Develop and drive the company’s IAM vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the design, deployment, and management of IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management and privileged access.
Establish and enforce IAM governance frameworks, policies, and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR).
Evaluate and integrate IAM technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity).
Ensure proper role-based access controls (RBAC) and least privilege principles across enterprise systems.
Lead IAM operations, including provisioning, access reviews, and incident response for identity-related events.
Build and mentor a high-performing IAM team, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate IAM into enterprise workflows and partner ecosystems.
Define and track IAM performance metrics, reporting on identity security posture and compliance.
Stay abreast of IAM advancements, Zero Trust, and AI-driven identity solutions for future Improvements.

Requirements

15 Years+ of relevant work experience
>10 to 15 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees
Master’s / Postgraduate degree required in the field of Cybersecurity.
Recent experience working for large, complex global organizations (10,000+ employees).
Expert in Engineering Solutions for Corporate and Customer Environments and Requirements.
Experience with managing a follow the sun model organization.
Experienced with understanding and implementing the Zero Trust Model regarding IAM.
Experience in evaluating and optimizing tools and technology stack, and negotiating contracts.
Experience with strategic planning, multiyear roadmap and financial management for all aspects of the IAM budget.
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
