About the role
- Lead and execute multiple complex implementation projects, including large-scale projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Perform on-site and remote installation, configuration, and customer training.
- Oversee the implementation of advanced system configurations and technical integrations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Conduct high-level customer satisfaction, ensuring users are proficient in system functionality.
- Communicate effectively across internal departments and external third-party vendors to drive project success.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success, conducting Root Cause Analysis and documenting lessons learned.
- Handle escalations independently, resolving complex issues and making real-time project decisions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including customer records, task statuses, and progress reports.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and industry expertise to support customer needs effectively.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices to optimize implementation efficiency.
- Provides support in people development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with executive stakeholders.
- 2-4 years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on complex or large-scale projects.
- Software life cycle knowledge
- Aptitude to quickly become a TCP systems expert.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Experience in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong technical acumen, with experience in system integrations, database structures, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with accounting, payroll, or workforce management systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Databases, Microsoft Server operating systems, cloud-based software solutions (SaaS), and networking a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight and weekends.
