About the role
- Receiving and handling technical customer inquiries by phone, email, or ticketing system
- Providing Remotefix support (remote maintenance, basic troubleshooting and issue resolution)
- Supporting fault analysis and documenting incidents in the system
- Close cooperation with field service technicians and dispatch
- Technical advice on machines and service offerings
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through solution-oriented communication
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., IT systems clerk, mechatronics technician, office clerk) — or equivalent professional experience or strong technical interest (career changers with technical aptitude are welcome!)
- Some experience in customer service, ideally in a technical environment
- Interest in technology and basic troubleshooting skills (e.g., coffee machines, appliances, or IT)
- Strong communication skills, patience, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Confident use of MS Office and ticketing systems
