About the role

  • You will play a key role in managing our infrastructure service, acting as the main point of contact for all topics related to the IT base infrastructure and managing local projects.
  • Monitor and manage the lifecycle of our IT infrastructure;
  • Manage our suppliers (responsible for our workplaces and service desk);
  • Support the infrastructure planning and implementation;
  • Design non-standard solutions for different business demands.

Requirements

  • Degree in an IT related subject;
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure workplace topics (macOS, iOs, Microsoft Windows) and modern endpoint management (Microsoft Intune);
  • Solid knowledge in network architecture;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies – Kanban, Scrum, etc. – and familiarity with guidelines, and recommendations for these;
  • Highly motivated to help colleagues to solve their issues;
  • Experience with deep trade-off thinking when reviewing technical decisions;
  • Experience working in a feedback and knowledge-sharing driven culture;
  • Passion for understanding people, conflicts, and the solutions needed to solve them;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
  • Availability to be in the office one day per week.
