About the role

  • Drive ancillary cross-sell and upsell opportunities across customer accounts
  • Support enrollment-based sales goals for various products
  • Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate core product packages
  • Engage in proactive outreach initiatives designed to improve customer retention

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience selling products or services in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
