About the role
- Drive ancillary cross-sell and upsell opportunities across customer accounts
- Support enrollment-based sales goals for various products
- Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate core product packages
- Engage in proactive outreach initiatives designed to improve customer retention
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers
- Accurately document customer interactions and opportunities in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience selling products or services in a B2B or B2C environment
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
