Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies aligned with organizational goals
• Provide strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and planning to support decision-making and resource allocation
• Oversee financial operations including budgeting, accounting, revenue cycle management, financial reporting, and compliance
• Lead development and monitoring of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics
• Ensure integrity, accuracy, and transparency of financial reporting and accounting practices (GAAP compliance)
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management
• Lead financial planning and analysis, variance and trend analysis, and scenario planning
• Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders on contracts and partnerships
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and minimize risk
• Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
• Manage relationships with lenders, investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies
• Lead financial modelling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives and capital projects
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to optimize revenue cycle management and improve billing/reimbursement
• Drive cost containment initiatives, process improvements, and efficiency measures to maximize financial performance
