About the role
- Lead motion design projects across a range of clients and industries.
- Create dynamic brand expressions through animation, video, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with brand strategists, designers, and copywriters.
- Translate static brand assets into expressive motion content.
- Produce animations for a variety of outputs including web, social, and experiential.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of design quality.
- Stay current with trends in animation, motion design, and branding.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in motion design, preferably within a creative agency or studio environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion work, especially in branding and identity systems.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color, composition, and timing.
- Experience developing motion guidelines and scalable animation systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—able to clearly explain concepts and creative decisions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
