• Support workflow improvements and agency processes.
• Assist with coordinating freelancers, vendors, and production partners when needed.
• Help ensure projects stay organized and move efficiently through each stage.
• Coordinate calendars and scheduling across internal teams.
• Assist with onboarding freelancers and new team members.
• Help prepare presentations, meeting materials, and project documentation.
• Support internal initiatives that improve collaboration and communication.
• Assist with client communications, meeting logistics, and project follow-ups.
• Help prepare client presentations and project deliverables.
• Ensure feedback, approvals, and action items are documented and shared with the team.
• Contribute to creating a seamless client experience throughout each project.
• Assist with updating the agency website, social media, newsletters, and case studies.
• Support awards submissions, speaking opportunities, and new business materials.
• Help organize agency events, photoshoots, and marketing initiatives.
