About the role

  • Own the editing process: cut raw footage and create screen recordings into engaging Academy lessons that are clear, concise, and on brand
  • Create and integrate high-quality motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and learning outcomes
  • Collaborate on concepts and contribute ideas for visualising product features and processes through video
  • Ensure all video content reflects Fresha’s brand identity, tone, and quality standards
  • Own and manage multiple editing projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Work closely with Product Education, Marketing, Design, and Product teams to develop video assets that resonate with customers globally
  • Uphold efficient production and content organisation, ensuring easy access to assets for the wider team
  • Support with filming and other design-related assets to complement Fresha’s content
  • Report into the Product Education Content Lead and own projects from initial brief through to final delivery

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in video editing and motion design (including illustration, 3D animation), preferably in an educational, SaaS, or creative content environment
  • Skilled in industry-standard editing and animation software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
  • Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual detail
  • Ability to simplify complex product ideas into engaging educational content
  • Self-starter with confidence to articulate and champion creative vision while adapting to feedback
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of projects from start to finish
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and solutions-focused, able to pivot quickly when projects evolve
  • Bonus: Experience or interest in filming and video production
