About the role
- Activate and monetize your existing regional network
- Recruit and onboard: Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Trading academies, signal providers, and communities
- Drive new funded clients
- Grow net new deposits (NNM)
- Act as a local business ambassador for Traders Trust
- Operate independently with full ownership of your results
Requirements
- Active network of IBs, Affiliates, traders, educators, or communities
- Strong regional knowledge and local connections
- Ability to generate business independently
- Highly self-driven, self-motivated and results-orientated
- Motivated by high commissions rather than a fixed salary
- Ability to work effectively under performance pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates long-term thinking, focusing on building recurring revenue rather than short-term monthly compensation
