About the role
- Provide tax advisory services covering direct and indirect taxes
- Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and legal analyses
- Structure and review corporate transactions, reorganizations, M&A (including due diligence), investments, contracts, and projects, with a special focus on the energy sector.
Requirements
- Law degree
- 2–5 years of experience in tax advisory at a law firm
- Advanced English
- Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
