Conduct annual loan reviews, including affordability tests, debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) assessments, and loan-to-value (LTV) calculations.
Manage loan conversions and post-funding requests.
Work with leaders of real estate companies to obtain financial and project-related information.
Prepare memorandum notes for unique credit events.
Oversee the collection, review, and follow-up of documents required for loan conversions and loan reviews.
Collaborate daily with a diverse team of account managers, analysts, and lenders.

Requirements

Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
Post-secondary education in finance, economics, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
One (1) year of commercial real estate experience is considered an asset.
Any experience in data handling and analysis with Excel or Power BI is considered a valuable asset.
A proactive, self-directed approach to project management and meeting deadlines.
