About the role
- Develop and execute an Army‑specific account strategy and pipeline.
- Lead early opportunity shaping and capability development planning with internal stakeholders.
- Blend of business development, capture, and internal orchestration to prioritize reverse‑engineering at TAT sites.
- Drive business cases, ROMs, and technical coordination with Engineering/Ops/Finance.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data; deliver clear executive updates; lead QBRs.
- Represent TAT at AMCOM/PEO/FMS engagements and industry forums.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Specialist on SAM.gov responses, including packet development and compliance.
- Lead SAR package development for US Army Aviation submissions, coordinating data and approvals with proper approval authorities and organizations.
- Navigate incumbent‑dominated, LPTA procurement with long development timelines.
- Monitor and qualify SAM.gov opportunities mapped to US Army Aviation and FMS.
- Build compliant bid packages (technical narratives, compliance matrices, reps & certs, past performance, pricing inputs).
- Ensure compliance and alignment with FAR/DFARS; manage internal approvals, timelines, and quality.
- Support post‑submission interactions (Q&A, discussions, negotiations).
- Develop and manage full SAR packages for US Army aviation requirements and related the MRO components.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to gather technical artifacts, repair methodology, material analyses, and capability evidence.
- Coordinate the SAR submission and review process with US Army AMCOM and US Army PEO- Aviation, including deficiency resolution and supplemental documentation.
- Maintain SAR tracking, timelines, risk management tracking, and executive visibility through Salesforce and QBRs.
- Participate in 30‑60‑90 planning, KPI reviews, and monthly operating rhythms.
- Engage actively in a camera‑on collaboration culture across Engineering/Ops/Finance/Programs.
- Prepare and deliver materials for C‑Suite QBRs.
Requirements
- Must have experience working with or on Redstone Arsenal.
- Prior Army Aviation service or civilian employment within US Army AMCOM and/or US Army PEO-Aviation, with strong emphasis in aviation acquisition, aviation integrated logistics, aviation engineering, and aviation depot production.
- 3+ years in Army‑focused military MRO sales/capture.
- Experience competing in LPTA environments; proposal development background.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
- Verified Trusted‑advisor presence with US Army Aviation sustainment and acquisition.
- Sales oriented who is organized, metric‑minded, and driven to drive the business.
- Comfortable in a fast‑moving, evolving environment; proactive and accountable.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
