The company serves leading global aerospace manufacturers, OEMs, airlines, MROs, air forces, and defense organizations. • Over the past several years, TAT has consolidated multiple operating businesses into a centralized structure with three primary production sites and corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. The organization is in a significant growth phase, with planned M&A activity, ERP modernization initiatives, and a strategic redomicile targeted within the next year.
• TAT Technologies is seeking a **Director of Global Accounting and Financial Reporting** to elevate reporting quality, drive process standardization, lead key system implementations, and build scalable compliance infrastructure across a complex, multi-site, multinational environment.
• This role reports directly to the CAO and will play a critical leadership role in advancing the Company’s global accounting and reporting capabilities.
