About the role
- Resolve the most complex server and network issues escalated from lower tiers
- Design, configure, and maintain systems and networking hardware
- Perform system audits, patch management, and hardware/software upgrade recommendations
- Strictly follow SOPs, manage on-call rotations, and build internal knowledge bases
- Support project migrations and cross-team upgrades
Requirements
- Degree in IT or equivalent senior-level experience
- 5+ years in Linux administration and high-level IT support
- Must possess a personal remote work setup (PC and backup internet)
- Background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) is a plus
