About the role
- Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Configure and manage Fiori Launchpad, including catalogs, groups, and tiles.
- Integrate Fiori apps with SAP Gateway and OData services.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Fiori applications.
- Document technical specifications and support user training and go-live activities.
- Stay updated with SAP UX innovations, including Fiori Elements and SAP BTP tools.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in SAP, with at least 2 to 3 years in SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
- Proficiency in SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Fiori Launchpad configuration and role-based access control.
- Understanding of OData service consumption and SAP Gateway.
- Familiarity with standard Fiori apps and S/4HANA integration.
- SAP certification in Fiori/UI5 or SAP BTP. (Preferred)
- Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Build Apps, or SAP Work Zone. (Preferred)
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and UX principles. (Preferred)
