About the role
- Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for all SynergiaTech products
- Define and execute global GTM strategy from ICP definition and segmentation to launch execution and sales enablement
- Turn product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives
- Lead product launches end-to-end including messaging, enablement, content, and cross-functional alignment
- Partner closely with Product to influence roadmap decisions using market, competitive, and customer insights
- Enable Sales to win competitive enterprise deals
- Build and scale PMM processes, frameworks, and playbooks
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Marketing / GTM within B2B SaaS
- Strong experience marketing to enterprise customers with complex sales cycles.
- Experience working across international markets
- Experience in high-growth or scaling startup environments, comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Experience with AI-powered products (generative AI, automation, analytics, or enterprise intelligence) strongly preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
