• Define and execute global GTM strategy from ICP definition and segmentation to launch execution and sales enablement
• Turn product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives
• Lead product launches end-to-end including messaging, enablement, content, and cross-functional alignment
• Partner closely with Product to influence roadmap decisions using market, competitive, and customer insights
• Enable Sales to win competitive enterprise deals
• Build and scale PMM processes, frameworks, and playbooks

• Deliver exceptional Customer Experience throughout the customer lifecycle
• Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment, utilise all of their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with other Taskworld stakeholder teams to ensure adoption and a successful renewal
• Be the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
• Build and nurture relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer while penetrating the account deeper
• Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success
• Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map Taskworld features and associated business benefits to address their needs.
