About the role

  • Plan, implement and document all aspects of specific projects
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Lead in analyzing project requirements, including scoping and work estimation
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress of each project
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - including Business Requirements Documents and project status
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies

Requirements

  • Proven working experience (5+ yrs) as an Applications Analyst in IT or Oracle Developer
  • Solid technical background, with working knowledge (or hands-on experience) of Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Hands-on knowledge creating reports, and supporting Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules via BI Publisher using different templates
  • Familiar with Oracle tables of the mentioned modules
  • Knowledgeable in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
  • Strong knowledge in PL/SQL and can optimize codes and ensure smooth running of PL/SQL
  • Solid experience with different industries like the financial sector, manufacturing, distributions and BPO industry
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid project management and organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project or similar software
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Smartsheet and Visual Studio is a plus
  • Experience with other SaaS applications like Microsoft, Workday and NetSuite
  • Experience in delivery of Enterprise Applications in compliance with ISO 27001 (nice to have)
