About the role

  • Establish and lead the operating rhythm (Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews)
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client
  • Ensure "One TaskUs" consistency by identifying best practices
  • Lead the Innovation Council for your accounts
  • Act as the ultimate escalation point for global performance issues
  • Partner closely with Client Services, Finance, and Recruitment
  • Provide strategic guidance to regional Operations Managers

Requirements

  • At least 10 years in BPO Operations with senior management experience
  • Proven ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships
  • Experience overseeing large-scale accounts (500+ FTEs)
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in Google Suite and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)
