About the role
- Establish and lead the operating rhythm (Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews)
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client
- Ensure "One TaskUs" consistency by identifying best practices
- Lead the Innovation Council for your accounts
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for global performance issues
- Partner closely with Client Services, Finance, and Recruitment
- Provide strategic guidance to regional Operations Managers
Requirements
- At least 10 years in BPO Operations with senior management experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships
- Experience overseeing large-scale accounts (500+ FTEs)
- Strong ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency in Google Suite and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)
