About the role
- Align and lead the Operations team to flawless delivery globally
- Offer solutions utilizing persuasive win themes and effective project management strategies
- Develop a deep understanding of the TaskUs portfolio of Services and Solutions
- Support quarterly business reviews with thought leadership and present growth opportunities
- Establishing goals, analyzing growth and providing accurate/complete submission of required progress reports
- Set up global strategy and ops model yet quick to adjust depending on business and frontline needs
- Champion frontline-first operations
Requirements
- 10+ years of operations management experience
- Experience in BPO, with managing multi-site and client relations prior experience as an advantage
- Strong communication skills; client communication is an asset
- Exceptional presentation acumen and experience
- A passion for revolutionary technology solutions
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Able to work both independently and on a team
- Must be able to travel 50-75%
