About the role

  • Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
  • Contribute to and develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional and global clients leveraging data and technology solutions
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative techniques on enterprise applications (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, NiFi, Python, Impala, etc.) to deliver solutions and products
  • Design, implement and scale analytical solutions and products for customers across industries
  • Manage working relationships with client managers and act as a trusted partner
  • Develop business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations
  • Plan, organize and structure work for self and junior consultants and synthesize analyses into findings
  • Lead team and external meetings and lead or co-lead project management
  • Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development
  • Mentor junior consultants and enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics projects
  • Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
  • Able to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence
  • Data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS)
  • Building, managing, and maintaining database structures
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and the local office language
  • Eligible to work in the country where they are applying and for travel visas as required by travel needs
  • Preferred: Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment
  • Preferred: Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
  • Preferred: Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or Psypark
  • Preferred: Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Preferred: Relevant industry expertise
  • Preferred: MBA or master’s degree (not required)
