Support the Director in implementing and managing executive protection programs, including travel security, residential security, and venue assessments
Lead operational planning and execution for corporate events, including risk assessments, security staffing, access control, and emergency response coordination
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and law enforcement agencies to ensure seamless protective operations
Conduct threat assessments and develop mitigation strategies for executive movements and high-profile events
Maintain and update security protocols, SOPs, and training materials to reflect evolving risks and best practices
Provide real-time support and coordination during executive travel and events, including incident response and escalation
Assist in preparing briefings, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership and security management
Provide direct close physical protection for Executives and remain available to travel on short notice
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in executive protection, event security, or related fields within the private or public sector
Proven ability to lead protective operations and event security planning in dynamic environments
Strong understanding of threat assessment, emergency response, and protective intelligence
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across teams and time zones
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, EMT, or equivalent) preferred
Experience working with law enforcement, military, or intelligence agencies is a requirement
Possess basic emergency medical training (CPR, AED, wound management)
Willingness to travel and respond to operational needs on short notice
Expected travel +50% of role
Remain available to travel on short notice to ensure constant security coverage
Provide effective levels of security while operating in both overt and covert modes
Provide direct close physical protection for Executives in both one-on-one and multi-team member deployments
Responsible for safeguarding highly sensitive and confidential information
