About the role

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the continuous development of all Authentication solutions
  • Assess the company's product performance
  • Collaborate to identify unique selling propositions (USP)
  • Develop product solutions with stakeholders
  • Prioritize features and functionality needed for the markets
  • Create a go-to-market plan for LAC
  • Lead meetings with acquirers, issuers, and merchants
  • Finalize the Product to launch with various teams while ensuring market needs and regulatory compliance
  • Team up with Commercialization and Regional teams to develop go-to-market materials
  • Act as an expert and advocate for Authentication solutions value proposition
  • Structure, perform, and synthesize analysis to uncover insights supporting client recommendations

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Product management experience
  • Domain experience in authentication in the digital environment is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable leveraging data to monitor performance and identify opportunities
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Open and creative mindset
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Spanish and English proficiency required (Portuguese as differential)
  • Availability to be in the office 3 times per week.
