About the role

  • Lead the commercialization of Mastercard MOVE for the Assigned Targets.
  • Build and maintain the Sales plan for the Assigned Targets.
  • Develop tailored value proposition and TS narrative for the Assigned Targets.
  • Work in close relationship with all stakeholders to execute the plan and to identify new opportunities.
  • Support the Regional Team defining, tracking, reporting and communicating commercial and financial KPIs.
  • Build business cases, develop new business models, sign agreements/partnership to improve Transfer Solutions’ footprint.
  • Maintain Budgeting cycle updated and aligned with the Strategy for Assigned Targets.
  • Leverage market analysis and insights to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Advocates for and champions Mastercard MOVE internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Drive actions to enhance the performance metrics of Mastercard Move use cases.

Requirements

  • A successful track record of managing sales objectives across multiple markets.
  • Proven experience translating strategies into clear action plans for multiple markets.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with a range of payment network technologies and ecosystems.
  • Experience in Cross Border Payments or Card push payments is required.
  • Experience executing sales across various payment types, technologies, and customer segments.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to complete complex tasks with limited direction.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
