About the role
- Lead the commercialization of Mastercard MOVE for the Assigned Targets.
- Build and maintain the Sales plan for the Assigned Targets.
- Develop tailored value proposition and TS narrative for the Assigned Targets.
- Work in close relationship with all stakeholders to execute the plan and to identify new opportunities.
- Support the Regional Team defining, tracking, reporting and communicating commercial and financial KPIs.
- Build business cases, develop new business models, sign agreements/partnership to improve Transfer Solutions’ footprint.
- Maintain Budgeting cycle updated and aligned with the Strategy for Assigned Targets.
- Leverage market analysis and insights to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
- Advocates for and champions Mastercard MOVE internally and externally.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
- Drive actions to enhance the performance metrics of Mastercard Move use cases.
Requirements
- A successful track record of managing sales objectives across multiple markets.
- Proven experience translating strategies into clear action plans for multiple markets.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with a range of payment network technologies and ecosystems.
- Experience in Cross Border Payments or Card push payments is required.
- Experience executing sales across various payment types, technologies, and customer segments.
- Self-motivation and the ability to complete complex tasks with limited direction.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
