About the role
- Serve as process architect for core employee lifecycle processes, ensuring global consistency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Experience Owners to lead end to end process discovery and redesign, including value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and identification of bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste.
- Develop clear as is and to be process models, define future state roadmaps, and oversee implementation and adoption.
- Drive global process standardization while balancing local regulatory and business requirements.
- Partner with HR Technology and Service Delivery teams to enable operational efficiencies, including automation, RPA, and AI enabled solutions.
- Support the evolution of the global HR Service Delivery model, ensuring processes and capabilities are fit for future scale.
- Define and report KPIs and performance insights to measure HR Service Delivery effectiveness, efficiency, and experience.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives that reduce operational expenses while maintaining service quality and compliance.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders, constructively challenging the status quo to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in HR process design, mapping, and reengineering, ideally within an HR Service Delivery or shared services environment.
- Strong program and project management experience delivering complex, cross functional change.
- Proficiency with process modeling and governance tools such as SAP Signavio or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to build stakeholder alignment, drive adoption, and influence without authority.
- Strategic, analytical, and consultative mindset with a strong bias for execution.
