About the role
- Administer and report on sales pipeline, closed sales, and renewals.
- Manage sales contracts, sales process, and merchant onboarding.
- Maintain product catalog brand, logos, images, maps.
- Maintain training documentation and check list.
- Create, maintain and deliver training materials and case studies that articulate clear success expectations and operational requirements needed that feed the offers platform.
- Develop global materials to be shared with sales team, to lead Business Reviews and report on monthly analytics to drive product value.
Requirements
- Background in sales administration, preferably in advertising, agency, or a large/complex company; experience in the advertising industry is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.
- Experience managing sales pipelines with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
- Friendly, proactive communicator with the capacity to foster positive relationships with internal partners at all levels.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with proven ability to act with a persistent and urgent approach to tasks.
- Experience in sales administration and training in a global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Travel Required - ~10%
