About the role
- Lead and inspire a team of high-performing product managers across multiple regions and time zones
- Define and evolve the Card on File tokenization product strategy to address emerging use cases, customer needs, and market trends
- Establish clear business objectives and ensure strategic alignment of the product roadmap with Mastercard’s broader vision
- Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and deliver against KPIs
- Engage directly with merchants, PSPs, and acquirers to understand functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring product-market fit
- Collaborate with regional and customer-facing teams to accelerate adoption and growth of card-on-file tokenization globally
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that empowers teams to innovate and deliver exceptional results
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in product management within payments, fintech, or e-commerce ecosystems
- Deep understanding of digital payments, tokenization, and authentication technologies
- Strategic thinker with a track record of defining and executing product strategies that drive growth and adoption
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging merchants, PSPs, acquirers, and issuers
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to interpret market trends and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Global mindset, comfortable working across regions and time zones in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
