About the role

  • Lead and inspire a team of high-performing product managers across multiple regions and time zones
  • Define and evolve the Card on File tokenization product strategy to address emerging use cases, customer needs, and market trends
  • Establish clear business objectives and ensure strategic alignment of the product roadmap with Mastercard’s broader vision
  • Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and deliver against KPIs
  • Engage directly with merchants, PSPs, and acquirers to understand functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring product-market fit
  • Collaborate with regional and customer-facing teams to accelerate adoption and growth of card-on-file tokenization globally
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that empowers teams to innovate and deliver exceptional results

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in product management within payments, fintech, or e-commerce ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of digital payments, tokenization, and authentication technologies
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of defining and executing product strategies that drive growth and adoption
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging merchants, PSPs, acquirers, and issuers
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to interpret market trends and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Global mindset, comfortable working across regions and time zones in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
