About the role
- Deliver value through the development of insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with the European team
- Create insightful presentations based on synthesized information from multiple sources
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in primary research
- Quantitative techniques: survey design, data collection, and analysis
- Qualitative techniques: designing and conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, online forums, etc.
- Experience gained in a research agency or consulting environment
- Ideally, experience conducting research in banking, payments, financial services, digital technology, or related industries
- Strong business writing skills and ability to create client-ready materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; a relevant Master’s degree is desirable
- Languages: French and English required
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
