About the role
- Grow revenue by developing relationships with independent insurance agents and financial professionals
- Serve as a trusted advisor while selling Benefit Accounts (FSA, HSA, HRA, Lifestyle/Fringe), COBRA Administration, and Compliance Services
- Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting through closing
- Build and manage your own territory with autonomy and support
- Position solutions that help business clients of all sizes
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Skilled in consultative/relationship-based selling
- Highly motivated, competitive, and persistent
- Confident overcoming objections and navigating long sales cycles
- Able to become a subject matter expert and deliver strategic value
- Live in the Northern/Western Detroit metro area
- Hold a valid driver’s license for local, in-person sales activity
