About the role
- Coordinate proactive talent pipelining, working toward full cycle recruitment with guidance and input from hiring managers
- Accountable for the on-going cultivation and evaluation of new candidate sourcing channels and methods
- Conduct the sourcing of candidates within various geographical markets by utilizing various methods including internal and external networking, mining databases and job boards, developing relationships with associations, etc.
- Evaluate the profiles of potential candidates by performing preliminary phone screen assessments
- Visit pharmacy site to drive effective partnerships with business leaders
- Participate in onsite job fairs, professional events, cold calling, referral recruiting, etc.
- Advertise job vacancies on HRIS and job sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc)
- Conduct phone / virtual interviews to identify best candidates
- Coordinate and schedule in-person and/or virtual interviews with hiring managers
- Negotiate offer with candidates, partnering with hiring managers
- Fully utilize candidate tracking reports
- Stay current with market trends and adjust approach accordingly
- Use Paylocity applicant tracking system daily
- Coordinate with HR and training to onboard candidates
Requirements
- 2 years of high-volume sourcing and recruiting experience
- Experience in long-term care pharmacy or healthcare required
- Thorough knowledge of recruiting and HR, employment laws
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong client relationship skills
- Prior experience using Paylocity HRIS recruiting preferred
- Microsoft Office
- Experience and knowledge of IDD a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required
