About the role

  • Coordinate proactive talent pipelining, working toward full cycle recruitment with guidance and input from hiring managers
  • Accountable for the on-going cultivation and evaluation of new candidate sourcing channels and methods
  • Conduct the sourcing of candidates within various geographical markets by utilizing various methods including internal and external networking, mining databases and job boards, developing relationships with associations, etc.
  • Evaluate the profiles of potential candidates by performing preliminary phone screen assessments
  • Visit pharmacy site to drive effective partnerships with business leaders
  • Participate in onsite job fairs, professional events, cold calling, referral recruiting, etc.
  • Advertise job vacancies on HRIS and job sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Conduct phone / virtual interviews to identify best candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule in-person and/or virtual interviews with hiring managers
  • Negotiate offer with candidates, partnering with hiring managers
  • Fully utilize candidate tracking reports
  • Stay current with market trends and adjust approach accordingly
  • Use Paylocity applicant tracking system daily
  • Coordinate with HR and training to onboard candidates

Requirements

  • 2 years of high-volume sourcing and recruiting experience
  • Experience in long-term care pharmacy or healthcare required
  • Thorough knowledge of recruiting and HR, employment laws
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Prior experience using Paylocity HRIS recruiting preferred
  • Microsoft Office
  • Experience and knowledge of IDD a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required
