About the role
- Stay actively engaged with customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Schedule and coordinate key meetings such as check-ins, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for the senior Customer Success Managers.
- Track customer usage and milestones to identify opportunities for increased engagement or support.
- Prepare reports and assist in compiling data and insights for QBRs and customer presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and meeting schedules in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the broader team to improve our service and offerings.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A customer-first mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Any internship or relevant experience in client-facing or coordination roles is a bonus.
