About the role
- Support Food Distribution Centers for WFM inclusive of forecasting, scheduling, and operating model capabilities
- Work cross-functionally with internal GSCL team and supporting partners in order to coordinate, organize, and lead WFM dependencies
- Anticipate dependencies and future areas of conflict that may arise during large scale implementations
- Proactively remediate the impact
Requirements
- Previous experience within a Food Distribution Center or within Food Supply Chain
- Experience with organizational models and/or workforce management solutions
- Project management experience
- Ability to think in terms of future state, challenge the status quo, and identify path from current state to future state
- Highly flexible and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional partnership and alignment from multiple business teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills; Navigates executive conversations and interactions with clarity and impact
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems
