About the role
- Own end-to-end strategy and performance of the bulk recommerce business, including revenue, recovery, vendor pricing, and inventory flow
- Define and lead vendor sourcing and strategy, including identifying, onboarding, and developing a network of bulk liquidation partners
- Partner with Reverse Field Operations and Transportation to align on and support execution of bulk liquidation strategies
- Establish and enforce vendor compliance and governance standards
- Own performance management across the program, tracking key metrics and leading actions to improve outcomes
- Identify and scale new disposition opportunities to improve recovery and expand bulk liquidation capabilities
Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience such as Supply Chain/Inventory Management, Merchandising, or Planning
- Flexibility and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to drive business decisions
- Ability to collaborate and influence without authority
- Strong communication skills
