Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of related work experience in Marketing, brand, media or agency; experience across media, studio, and partnership ecosystems preferred
- Curiosity and drive to deeply understand guest needs, and the evolving role brands and products play in consumer lives
- Strong marketing, business and media acumen
- Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships across internal and external partners
- Tenacity and courage to champion bold ideas
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
