• Process service desk tickets and manage queues to 1st Line level within SLA's
• React to incidents, use problem solving techniques and the support of others to provide fast resolution
• Analyse impact of requests, changes to the client’s systems or Target’s environment and makes informed decisions
• Answer calls made to the Service Desk and raise corresponding tickets
• Escalate service-impacting incidents to 2nd Line
• Complete client software deployments into Test environments

1st Line IT Service Desk – Operations Technician

Director

• Designing and delivering a regulatory‑aligned retention strategy for Elderbridge
• Conducting portfolio segmentation and identifying key customer cohorts, risk drivers and conduct issues
• Creating actionable insights and developing cohort‑specific treatment strategies
• Leading commercial negotiations and renegotiating client contracts
• Developing pricing strategies for lender‑of‑record services and portfolio servicing
• Ensuring strong governance frameworks, MI, and outcome testing remain robust
• Acting as SMF1 for Elderbridge, accountable for daily operations and regulatory compliance
• Presenting progress updates and performance insights to Elderbridge ExCo and Board
• Driving operational readiness and ensuring smooth implementation of new strategies

Director of Strategy

Analyst

• Helping to define and introduce the core project controls that will be used to track progress, risks and impacts across both projects and programmes
• Setting up and maintaining accurate reporting, documentation and communication practices as they are developed
• Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across Change Delivery to support the adoption of new ways of working
• Supporting Project and Programme Managers with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Flagging any “at risk” projects early to ensure visibility and support
• Contributing to the creation of a well governed, consistent programme environment as new processes and governance are embedded
• Actively shaping and suggesting improvements to emerging processes, helping to embed best practice and establish the new normal

PMO Analyst

Technical Project Manager

• Ensure delivery plans align with business priorities, timelines, and budgets.
• Foster a high-performance culture that embraces innovation and continuous improvement; implementing improvements to delivery processes and technical practices.
• Line manage Designers and/or Software Engineers, providing coaching, mentoring, and career development. Monitor team performance & productivity, provide feedback, and take corrective action where necessary.
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through regular performance reviews and quality checks.
• Deputise for the Head of Technology when required.
• Contribute to departmental planning, budgeting, and resource alignment, including supporting recruitment, resource allocation, and workforce planning across the Technology department.
• Take full responsibility for delivering technology solutions for critical project segments, ensuring decisions positively impact profitability and organisational effectiveness.
• Facilitate estimation and planning of work; report progress against activities and escalate issues promptly.
• Complete impact assessments for all changes and ensure effort is focused on approved work.
• Oversee technology change activities across teams and dependencies, ensuring successful completion.
• Contribute to software engineering policy development, ensuring adherence to process and policy, meeting audit and compliance requirements.
• Drive adoption of changes in software engineering practices with creativity and a solutions-focused approach.
• Ensure compliance with Target’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and that all deliverables meet agreed quality standards within this.
• Manage and escalate team risks to the Head of Software Engineering and ensure project risks are communicated to Project Managers.
• Report on delivery metrics to senior stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Information Security Analyst – L1

• Lead cross‑functional Agile teams, promoting a collaborative delivery culture and high levels of ownership, motivation, and transparency.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, planning sessions) and ensure they add value.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, engineering leads, and product owners to ensure shared understanding of outcomes.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of client ecosystems, data flows, and operational impacts of change.
• Communicate effectively in both business and technical language, tailoring content appropriately for different audiences.
• Manage expectations transparently, ensuring client confidence throughout delivery cycles. Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, issues to stakeholders and steering groups.
• Define measurable success criteria and ensure quality through rigorous acceptance processes, testing oversight, and demo-based validation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, correctly estimated, and aligned to requirements.
• Own project financials, ensuring delivery within agreed budgets, burn rates, and benefit profiles.
• Work with Finance Partners and PMO to ensure accurate reporting, financial tracking, and forecasting.
• Identify commercial opportunities, contribute to bids, and ensure accurate project scoping for new client work.
• Ensure projects adhere to Target’s Delivery & Quality Frameworks while promoting iterative, lean, and automation‑first principles.
• Lead technical and operational readiness activities, including data migration planning, testing strategy development, and cutover coordination.
• Drive post‑implementation reviews, embedding lessons learned, improving delivery across the organisation.
