- Achieves individual sales goals

- Develops a personal connection with guests through effective use of selling skills
- Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture
- Initiates business driving events in-store
- Communicates client feedback to management to elevate client service and sales
- Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability and contribution to an elevated selling culture
- Elevated sense of personal style
- Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable climbing ladders
