About the role
- Deliver sales results through employee development and mentorship.
- Develop sales strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories.
- Track store’s performance and achieve sales.
- Holds the management team accountable for personal productivity.
- Develop clienteling strategy to achieve business goals.
- Resolves customer issues in a timely manner.
- Works directly with the Store/District Manager to protect and drive business needs.
- Coaches all associates to follow expectations.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferable.
- Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Experience using retail systems (i.e. labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting, etc.)
- Ability to execute at a fast pace.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
