About the role
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for International store design and construction projects
- Ensure milestones are met by proactively identifying risks and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Monitor progress against key milestones and provide regular status updates
- Anticipate potential delays related to permitting and escalate issues promptly
- Act as the central point of contact for scheduling, working with design, construction, and operations
- Implement best practices for scheduling and tracking
- Facilitate regular check-ins and milestone reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in project scheduling or coordination within retail, architecture, or construction environments
- Strong understanding of International processes and landlord requirements
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to influence and drive accountability across teams
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on meeting deadlines and mitigating risks.
