About the role

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for International store design and construction projects
  • Ensure milestones are met by proactively identifying risks and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor progress against key milestones and provide regular status updates
  • Anticipate potential delays related to permitting and escalate issues promptly
  • Act as the central point of contact for scheduling, working with design, construction, and operations
  • Implement best practices for scheduling and tracking
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and milestone reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in project scheduling or coordination within retail, architecture, or construction environments
  • Strong understanding of International processes and landlord requirements
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to influence and drive accountability across teams
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on meeting deadlines and mitigating risks.
