About the role
- support Sr. Manager, Demand Capture (performance) in designing and executing paid search initiatives focused on improving ROAS, driving incremental growth, and new customer acquisition
- monitor paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft, perform daily QA, monitor budgets & test, and provide sub-tactics optimization recommendation
- Contribute to the process of briefing and approving creative assets through the creative team. Manage asset trafficking documents and calendars, assuring all promo creatives are accounted for and executed properly
- provide weekly, monthly and quarterly recap of channel performance and key learnings
- support Sr. Manager, Demand Capture (performance) on monthly and quarterly financial accrual and invoicing submission processes – with the ability to reconcile any variances between budgets and invoices
- collaborate with internal team for all launches and promotional activity. Act as a liaison with external vendors and agencies to proactively keep ahead of timelines, deliverables, and communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of specialized experience and expertise within paid search, ideally with a recognized brand in retail/fashion or at an agency
- Expertise in standard industry reporting and key paid search tools, i.e. Google Analytics
- Require Google ads Search & Shopping ads certificate
- Ability to understand all key marketing metrics and paid search sub-tactics performance
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data and surface insights
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with, consult with, and influence cross-functionally.
- Aptitude for translating marketing plans and outcomes into clear, concise calendars/recaps.
- Ability to convey and connect both technical concepts and business context.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and a bias for action.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills are a must.
