About the role
- Upholding Coach’s Service and Selling Models
- Creating positive first impressions and ongoing customer relationships
- Driving sales through clienteling and sourcing new customers
- Providing in-depth product knowledge
- Maintaining store appearance and operational tasks
- Collaborating as a brand ambassador with the team
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience in luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom; climbing, bending, and kneeling required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
