About the role
- Responsible for upholding Coach’s Service and Selling Models
- Creating a positive first impression and building customer relationships
- Driving business through sales strategies and maintaining productive relationships with customers
- Maintaining a clean and tidy selling floor and adhering to retail policies
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room
