About the role

  • Cash-collection accounting from SIS store, tenancy store and E-commerce stores
  • Accounts receivable aging analysis
  • Fixed asset accounting and lease accounting complying with ASC842
  • Store inventory reconciliation, store stock-take support
  • Support with processing journal entries ( Occupancy & SG&A accruals), inter-company accounting, reconciliation, FX accounting
  • Assist with completing indirect and direct tax return filings and payments
  • Support with inventory /Gross margin and payroll accounting related closing tasks
  • Assist with generating the Tapestry closing related deliverables and reports
  • Preparation of Balance sheet reconciliation and analysis
  • Assist in staying compliance with the internal Tapestry SOX controls and requirements
  • Provide the local statutory audit support under the respective local GAAP
  • Participation with any ad-hoc projects such as SAP enhancement, AI/ robotic automation, Tax compliance related ones & etc.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
  • At least 3 years working experience in Accounting/Finance Department at Multinational Company or professional accounting firms
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Business-level verbal and written English skills
  • S4 SAP related knowledge in GL, FA, AR module is a plus
  • Experiences in Blackline is preferred
  • Experiences in retail industry is preferred
