About the role

  • To support the Human Resources various activities
  • Manage the Compensation & Benefit program under supervision from HR Business partner
  • Provides advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to individuals and the company objectives
  • Communicates company and government rules, regulations and procedures and the need for compliance to management and employees under supervision from HR Business partner
  • Manage local compliance training and support ad hoc training if required
  • Coordinate organizational culture program
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in various HR tasks (Compensation and Benefit, Payroll, Policy, Law)
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office software
  • Experienced in multinational company
  • Thoughtful communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and agility
  • Professional business English
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus
