About the role
- To support the Human Resources various activities
- Manage the Compensation & Benefit program under supervision from HR Business partner
- Provides advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to individuals and the company objectives
- Communicates company and government rules, regulations and procedures and the need for compliance to management and employees under supervision from HR Business partner
- Manage local compliance training and support ad hoc training if required
- Coordinate organizational culture program
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in various HR tasks (Compensation and Benefit, Payroll, Policy, Law)
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office software
- Experienced in multinational company
- Thoughtful communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and agility
- Professional business English
- Experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus
