💰 $55,000 - $60,000 per year

About the role

  • Respond to client questions and help resolve basic support issues
  • Assist with daily payroll checks to ensure information is accurate
  • Help process refunds, returns, and financial transactions
  • Identify and flag discrepancies for further review
  • Support collection efforts and follow up on outstanding items
  • Work with internal teams and partners to track and manage A/R aging
  • Help document processes and keep records up to date
  • Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting issues
  • Follow company policies and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Support team projects aimed at improving operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services, operations, or related fields
  • Proficient in Excel and other technologies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in financial operations, payments, or payroll processes
  • Exposure to payroll or payment systems is a plus (not required)
  • Ability to work in the Plano, TX office 3 days/week
