About the role
- Develop strategies to drive market expansion, sales enablement, and customer adoption, including targeting new segments and exploring strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
- Build and implement scalable frameworks for efficiently launching and commercializing new products across the organization.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive GTM strategy for new products, defining key milestones, success metrics, and execution plans to ensure smooth product rollouts, with clear ownership of revenue and adoption targets.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to craft compelling product positioning, competitive differentiation, and value propositions that drive demand, adoption, and revenue.
- Define, track, and report KPIs for product success, including adoption rates, revenue impact, and customer engagement, using data to refine and optimize commercialization strategies.
- Partner with Customer Success and Support to collect post-launch feedback, ensuring continuous product improvements and fine-tuning of the commercialization strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product commercialization, GTM strategy, or general management, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS, FinTech, HR Tech, or similar industries.
- In-depth experience in FinTech and/or HR Tech industries, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and commercializing new products, driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with a strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making, coupled with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth and successful product launches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
- Experience in scaling GTM motions, driving product-market fit, and identifying strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry.
