About the role

  • Support and run end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, pipeline management, and closing/hiring)
  • Screen and assess candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and cultural fit
  • Support employer branding initiatives (content creation, communications, and organizing initiatives)
  • Support and execute onboarding for new hires (processes, documentation, scheduling, and initial follow-up)
  • Support offboarding processes, ensuring organization and a positive experience
  • Support training initiatives, internal organization, and communication with teams/departments
  • Help structure and implement HR and Payroll (DP) routines and processes with a continuous improvement mindset

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in the final semesters of study (preferred: Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields)
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in HR and Payroll (DP)
  • Highly communicative and enjoys interacting with people
  • Proactive, high-energy, and hands-on attitude
  • Organized and autonomous in managing tasks and deadlines
  • Genuine interest in people development and company culture
  • Nice to have: curiosity/interest in AI and automation to improve processes
