About the role
- Support and run end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, pipeline management, and closing/hiring)
- Screen and assess candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and cultural fit
- Support employer branding initiatives (content creation, communications, and organizing initiatives)
- Support and execute onboarding for new hires (processes, documentation, scheduling, and initial follow-up)
- Support offboarding processes, ensuring organization and a positive experience
- Support training initiatives, internal organization, and communication with teams/departments
- Help structure and implement HR and Payroll (DP) routines and processes with a continuous improvement mindset
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in the final semesters of study (preferred: Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields)
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in HR and Payroll (DP)
- Highly communicative and enjoys interacting with people
- Proactive, high-energy, and hands-on attitude
- Organized and autonomous in managing tasks and deadlines
- Genuine interest in people development and company culture
- Nice to have: curiosity/interest in AI and automation to improve processes
