About the role

  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate customer, opportunity, and pipeline data
  • Coordinate and support sales activities across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Act as a central point of coordination for sales-related processes, timelines, and follow-ups
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of data across systems
  • Support the creation, review, and processing of quotes, orders, and contract documentation
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to facilitate contract execution and order fulfillment
  • Track order status and proactively manage outstanding items to closure
  • Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline summaries
  • Support forecasting and pipeline reviews through accurate and timely data management
  • Identify data gaps or process inefficiencies and take action to resolve them
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including coordination of meetings, materials, and documentation
  • Support onboarding of new sales team members with tools, systems, and processes
  • Assist with customer communications and follow-ups as needed

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting a B2B or technology sales organization is an asset
