About the role
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate customer, opportunity, and pipeline data
- Coordinate and support sales activities across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Act as a central point of coordination for sales-related processes, timelines, and follow-ups
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of data across systems
- Support the creation, review, and processing of quotes, orders, and contract documentation
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to facilitate contract execution and order fulfillment
- Track order status and proactively manage outstanding items to closure
- Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline summaries
- Support forecasting and pipeline reviews through accurate and timely data management
- Identify data gaps or process inefficiencies and take action to resolve them
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including coordination of meetings, materials, and documentation
- Support onboarding of new sales team members with tools, systems, and processes
- Assist with customer communications and follow-ups as needed
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting a B2B or technology sales organization is an asset
