Product Manager

• Develop a comprehensive Grid Automation strategy in the context of a greater grid modernization platform
• Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, pricing strategy and interface with the commercial marketing, sales engineering, and sales teams
• Oversee the full product lifecycle (ideation → development → launch → operations → end‑of‑life)
• Serve as the voice of the customer: conduct market research, competitive analysis, stakeholder engagement (utilities, partners, internal teams)
• Drive go‑to‑market planning including pricing strategy, value proposition, positioning, feature prioritization, support & training plans, and sales enablement
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing product management organization
