About the role
- Lead the full proposal lifecycle
- Coordinate, prepare and deliver high-quality RFP responses and proposals
- Interface cross-functionally with sales, technical, product, and executive teams
- Collaborate with capture management team to identify client priorities
- Ensure timely submission of all proposals and support client follow-ups or clarifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related
- Equivalent work experience considered
- 7+ years of industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ related experience in bids and proposals role
- APMP certification is an asset
- Proven ability in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposals
- Experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills: MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, proposal management software applications
